History

My Journey

“My journey toward becoming a clinical psychologist began with a personal quest for self-awareness and growth. While exploring my own psychosocial challenges, I discovered the Clinical Psychology Program at Barry University, a renowned institution in Florida established by Adrian’s Sisters. This experience broadened my perspective on diversity, especially since I had already lived in Europe and Africa during my early years. After completing my master’s degree in clinical psychology, I returned to Pakistan, where I dedicated 13 years to teaching university students from various nationalities and professional backgrounds. I also collaborated with a leading charity organization and established multiple clinical psychology clinics in underserved areas.

After relocating to the United States, I pursued the rigorous process of obtaining my counseling license and eventually launched my private practice in Rhode Island. Over the past 15 years, I have conducted more than 25,000 sessions and worked with over 4,000 individuals from diverse walks of life. Today, I am ready to share my knowledge and skills with people around the world, offering a compassionate, culturally informed, and personalized approach to counseling.”
